Network Management

United Review Services has 20 years of experience as an objective, independent medical management company. Because we do not have a direct interest in a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO), we have the flexibility to work with many of the established networks in order to provide the best possible coverage and resources to our clients.

With our medical management services, our insured and self-insured clients get the best of all worlds when it comes to networks. We can work with a client's existing networks in directing care, add new network resources developed from our years of experience with many qualified providers, and even help contract with a new network if it is in the client's best interests. In addition, we have an informal network of well qualified providers in highly specialized fields which we can access through our case management program when there are no equivalent resources in the existing network.

We also perform physician re-credentialing within provider networks on behalf of plan sponsors who wish to periodically review their providers' utilization and billing trends. United Review Services has access to many provider networks, however we are not part of any PPO Network except as partners contracted for specific customers. Our independence enables us to make and obtain independent decisions for our case management, bill auditing and IME clients.

When customers wish to include a PPO in their managed care program, we can assist with the selection and contracting of the PPO for that specific client. Regardless of the client's contractual PPO arrangement, our services can help to maximize utilization of appropriate network providers, add specialized providers developed over our years of case management experience to the network, and establish preferred providers within the network for use by our clients.
